I'm leaving a one star review because of my encounter with the incredibly rude receptionist. There are three orthodontists on the same road and I accidentally went to the wrong one for my Invisalign appointment. Instead of guiding me to the correct orthodontist, the one next door, the receptionist rudely questioned who I was and why I was there. As I was trying to find the address of the correct ortho to ask for help, I mentioned that I didn't have service. She snarkly replied, "No you do not". I then said I was going to go because I was clearly at the wrong ortho, to which she replied, "Yes you are". A bit of advice, if you are working for a business, be prepared to have clients and patients arrive. If you are caught off guard because someone walks in at 9:30am and cannot fathom help that person, then perhaps it's time to retire and you can play on your ipad at home.
