Dr Smith and her whole staff have been super stars through the whole braces process. This is all new to me (the mom) and they explained everything and have answered all my questions. My 13 year son has never once felt worried or intimidated about going to his appointments. They are reasonably priced and bill me monthly. I know we have another child who will have to have braces and we will be coming to Dr. Smith when it's time. I couldn't recommend this caring and fun practice any higher.
I brought my daughter to Dr. Smith and absolutely love the comforting atmosphere in her office. All her staff is super friendly and you can tell they work great as a team! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an orthodontist (a child or an adult)!!!
My child had braces for 5 years . His teeth are wrecked. Midline is off, 8mm of space between the front 4 teeth, front teeth are flared out at 10. She said it was my fault for missing appointments and broken brackets. We did miss appointments and he did breaks brackets, but missed appointments and broken brackets did not cause his teeth to get in the position that they are currently in, she did. My daughter had braces for 2 years - big spaces in her teeth and her midline is off. She also wanted to charge $350 per child to transfer records.
Dr Smith and her staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her office has a relaxed and fun atmosphere! I am thrilled with my results and I highly recommend her!
The staff was excellent and I always felt welcome in the office. Fantastic work all around, and my teeth have never looked better!
