As I reflect on the last few years I spent working with this office preparing and correcting my smile, I have encountered some amazing people who have greatly influenced my life but always helped boost my confidence by brightening my smile. I have been a patient at Dr.John Martin Augusta, Georgia, orthodontist's office since 2020. Ms.Sheila has played a massive part in my care plan and ensuring I was comfortable and aware of everything that would occur throughout my appointments. She was accommodating and unique, and her mother-like energy was always very refreshing to experience. Destiny, Albany, and Dr. Nikki Sangle were essential to my orthodontist experience as well. These four ladies had always expressed excellent customer service, compassion, and professionalism, which made me appreciate my decision to choose John Martin Orthodontics for my braces. Thank you so much, ladies, for everything you have done, and if I had to redo my experience, I would choose John Martin again just because of you four ladies!

This office made me feel so welcomed when I came in for my consultation. Thank you to Linette for walking me through the whole paperwork and making it easy to understand the process. Thank you to Diane P. For putting my braces on and making me feel comfortable and as a Spanish speaking person, she talked with me in Spanish making it a more fun experience. And thank you to Dr. Nikki Sahgha and Miss Sheila for making me feel like I was doing the right decision in choosing this clinic! If you’re looking to get braces here don’t think twice.

everyone here took great care of me for the four years i was with them. the ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming every time you walk in. when they are working on your teeth they are generally pretty quick and gentle.

Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in, The receptionists welcomes you. Mrs Shelia made me feel comfortable from day 1, with a great attitude and making me laugh. Albani is great at her work and very knowledgeable of her job. Great environment overall.
