My 7 year old son has been coming to Dr. Cade since 2019. I’ve never wanted him to be afraid of the dentist, and recently he was diagnosed with ADHD combined moderate and ASD Level 1. My son loves coming to the dentist and always tells our friends and family about the prize machines and sun glasses and all the people who work there are so warm and welcoming to us. Everything is geared towards children and helping them to feel confident and independent with exams and x-rays. We do find it a little out of the way driving from Lincoln, NE to Omaha, NE each time, but for the care and consideration we receive and just how comfortable my son is when we go there it is worth it! I highly recommend Dr. Cade and his whole staff! 💜

Truly amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful as always. I’ve gone here since I was a little kid and every time I come, I’m not afraid or even upset to be here. Honestly, this is the one dentistry clinic that really makes me feel at ease and continues to do their best! Dr. Cade is the most friendly dentist I’ve ever met, he’s always making sure everyone is comfortable and happy no matter what. To the best dentistry clinic in the world, thank you for everything!

We have been coming to Dr. Cade for 15yrs. When I was looking for a dentist I googled best pediatric dentist in Omaha. Google didn’t lie. We drive all the way from Bennington to see Dr. Cade. He is amazing with kids, the office staff are amazing and most importantly my kids are well cared for and have amazing teeth. I once asked them if they wanted to change to someone closer since they are getting older and both said NO WAY! I wish Dr Cade was around when I was a kid!

Unfortunately, we became patients right before Dr. Cade passed away and we were never actually able to be seen by him. The dentist that have seen my children have been pleasant, which is the only reason we’ve been back. They have each had 2 cleaning visits, and 2 appts with work being done. The first appointment for cleanings, went ok. They wanted me to bring my 1.5 year old back and leave my 4 year old in the front. When I questioned if and said he needed to go back with me as well, the assistant seemed extremely annoyed at this. Once we were back, it went ok. When returning for our 2nd cleaning months later, the assistant seemed annoyed with my 5 year old, rushing thru things, not talking with him nor being patient. We were seen by Dr. Taylor who was lovely. My oldest (10) was seen a week later by Dr. Taylor and again it went fine. The assistant again just seemed cold. Not to friendly. Then my youngest (2) was seen and it was TERRIBLE. The assistant wasn’t sure how to handle it since he didn’t want to lay down (common for his age), she asked someone for help then walked away, leaving us to sit on the bench for 10 minutes not know what was going on. A new assistant came over, and had me forcefully bear hug my child holding his head straight, while she brushed his teeth. Not typical for his age either, the dentist came for the exam and did a knee to knee exam (which is common and what o expected for brushing his teeth as well). My middle needed fillings, this appointment also did not go well. The assistant again, seemed cold and not friendly, not what I’d expect for a PEDIATRIC dental office (coming from a retired pediatric dental assistant myself). She didn’t talk him through anything. He handled the numbing ok, but lost it when they used the isolite. Understandable so, for a 5 year old with a small mouth, that’s a lot and he gags easily. We called the appointment and did not continue. Again at this appointment, the treatment was never discussed either. Just assumed that I knew what was happening. Today, my oldest who has never had issues with the dentist or getting work done had work today, where luckily I was in the room and requested them to stop. Again, the isolite was being used. He was gagging terribly when it was being inserted, once it was seated which the assistant struggled to even get it in his mouth, he was visibly uncomfortable and gagging. The dentist continued to try to work. At which point he became wiggly and was crying. She was not going to stop until I said to stop and remove it. I requested that they not use it or use a smaller size at which the assistant got snippy and said it has to be used and the only size smaller is a pediatric size. Which, hello he is 10, he is a pediatric sized person. I never used an isolite with children in my 10 years of assisting, whether it was a general office or the pediatric office i was at. I am a grown adult who does not tolerate them well either, my children also have small mouths. Once the size was switched, he was able to complete the procedure. At the end, the assistant apologized and was shocked that I had never used them while I assisted. She even commented that his mouth was tiny and the other one was a little big for him.i believe we have had 7 visits with the office between cleanings and work being done and I can say that not a single one has been positive. I kept giving them the benefit of doubt due to the circumstances of the office. The only positive there has been, has been with the receptionist (long dark hair). In short, the dentist has been fine, we’ve seen a total of 4 different dentists in our short time with the office. (Dr. Taylor did the last round of exams w/cleanings) each boy had a different dr for their treatment appointments. Unfortunately, Each visit the assistants have seemed less than friendly, and cold. Each appointment has also never had consent from me, with an assistant verbally going over the proposed treatment for the day or plans for the cleaning. (X-rays, fluoride treatment etc..)
