I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Charlotte Family Dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and was really nervous, and all the staff were so kind, compassionate and helpful; they all made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Ralph was fantastic, he explained things really well and spent so much time helping me. You can tell he’s so passionate about his profession and he is great at what he does, definitely one of the best dentists I have had. Will definitely be a patient forever now! Could not recommend them more.
Dr. Ma completed a filling for me today along with his assistant Tay. I was nervous about the injection but did not feel a thing! Dr. Ma walked me through each step and it was a breeze! (Now I’m not sure why I was ever nervous). Thanks so much for taking care of me! Excellent experience! Lauren got my teeth clean and shining today and Dr. Ma did my exam! The new office is so beautiful!
Formerly Dilworth Family Dentistry, Dr Ma and his staff will take care of you like family. The elevator is towards the front of the building in the lobby. Parking in back is quick and easy. Their suite is directly across from the elevator on the 4th floor. This new office is beautiful with loads of glass and clean lines. We will all miss the little house in Dilworth, but this new spot is pretty nice.
Love coming here! Dr. Ma, Dr. Ralph and the entire Team are wonderful. Going to the dentist used to be an apprehensive adventure but not anymore. Thanks to all for always providing the best genuine care.
By far one of the best dentist experiences ever! I was a little apprehensive to go mainly because who likes going to the dentist and it’s always a love hate process to find one you’re comfortable with. They definitely eased me being on edge and made the visit extremely pleasurable. FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BACK EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND INVITING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST.
