I love Dr. Digmon. Very professional, takes her time to go over everything with you, ensures that you are happy when you leave And her staff is amazing as well. My kids and I have been going to her since they were little and they are all grown now and still see her. Highly recommend her and her staff.

I was a new BlueCare patient excited for my first appointment with this dentist’s office. I was scheduled months before for fillings on my wisdom teeth…as I would like to preserve them if possible. I ran a bit late, called to inform them and was told I could still come. The appointment was set for an hour, since again I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth worked on. After the X-rays…Lucy Digmon …walked in and asked if my wisdom teeth were bothering me and for how long. I told her they were but did not mention any pain …I’m simply bothered because who wants cavities lingering in their teeth to potentially get worse. I wanted fillings so that I would not have to endure any pain to come. She passively referred me to an oral surgeon to have them extracted instead of explaining to me why she thought this would be best option and that she wouldn’t be filling my teeth. She did not give proper insight as she rushed me out of her office rudely saying she doesn’t have to explain to me why she didn’t want to do them when she admitted to filling wisdom teeth for others before. She treated me as a pan handler waving her hands at me threatening me with a lawyer because I truly wanted to know why she wouldn’t take care of my teeth when she has done others. She continued to show disdain and aggravated aggression towards me under her mask when all I wanted was help and answers since I am not a dentist. Her answer was a dry and stern NO without any sight in her eyes or voice of compassion towards me desiring so desperately why couldn’t my wisdom teeth be saved. My appointment was set for an hour and she walked in the room eager to rush me out asking directed prompting questions to push me out of the door and into the world searching and waiting for months for dental help without consideration of how long I’ve waited already. She said I was there to talk about my wisdom teeth …for an hour??? Her customer service and consultation skills are definitely undeserving of any stars or the business of customers of the state who depend on people for their guidance and help. She doesn’t fit the criteria to assist those who seek help that are funded by the state. Seems as if we’re peasants who are disposable and can be dismissed, shooed, and fanned away and not like real people who have assistance because they need it.

I am in total disagreement with the lone negative review on here from a couple of years ago--Dr. Digmon did not wake up on the wrong side of the bed/couch and is not unprofessional and rude. We have been there several times now and Dr. Digmon is professional and very business-like and I appreciate that. In addition, her office is a well-oiled machine, which is quite rare these days. I was there yesterday for a cleaning and was in and out in 40 minutes, which is remarkable with all the protocols they are required to follow right now. Amanda was awesome, thorough, and fast on my cleaning and the rest of the staff are quite friendly and very efficient. If you like high prices, rude staff, slow service, and long waits, you'll need to go somewhere else.

Dr. Digmon and her staff, especially Amanda, are wonderful. They are professional, informative, friendly, and very patient with any questions and concerns you may have. They care their patients like their family. We never intended to change our dentist office, but we unexpectedly had to move to another state last year.

I would never recommend anyone to this dentist. I’ve been a patient here a little over 2 years and I’ve never felt more disrespected until this morning. Dr Lucy Digmon is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know if she woke up on the wrong side of the couch this morning or what but you need to choose another career if you don’t want to deal with people.
