Dr. Johnson has been my dentist for over 10 years and Marcos is my hygienist of 3! He’s always so thorough, explains the steps of optimal dental health so I can keep that “just had a cleaning” feeling year round. He’s also super gentle if you’re someone with sensitivities. I highly recommend him!

Do you want your dentist and/or dental office to feel like a scammy auto body shop? If so, go here. My wife and I came here for a couple years until we both started to feel like they were pushing unnecessary, and eerily similar dental procedures.
These procedures were not for vanity purposes, rather ones that appeared medically necessary. Perhaps the distrust also lies with the constant marketing texts from them, using tactics that seem to suggest you need to make a follow up appt, but rather when you call, they say that it was simple a marketing text. I don’t need nor want multiple monthly texts from a dental office asking for referrals or give aways.
I paid 1k for some dental work they said I needed, and it was later scheduled. I called to cancel as I grew suspicious of the medical findings. They said no problem, and would issue a refund by check. We are no going on 3 plus months of no refund despite every-time I call, they say it will be in mail.
You have been warned.

Money Grab!
Beware!
I went for two cleanings which my insurance 100% covers and they still tried to hit me with a $350 bill while I was on the chair. I started looking and it included a $150 toothbrush, an extra $100 “deep clean” and some other miscellaneous items. They also force sale every customer a “prescribed” mouthwash that costs an additional $35.
If you’re fine paying extra then go here.
I changed dentists and walk out paying $0. Most dentists include the gum cleaning Premier Smile Center charges you extra for.
***Customer service is great and the clinic is great. I just hate paying extra. ****

Worst dental experience I have ever experienced in my life. They try to up charge you and nickel and dime you on every little thing especially when these items are not even needed. I was told over the phone and in text by their scheduling manager that my total will be in a range $120-$160 tops. They tried to charge me close to $400 for a regular cleaning and oral exam. Dr Johnson is looking to make every penny she possibly can and doesn’t care about the patients at all or honor your time. Business and money is her top priority not patient or oral care. The dental office right down the street on Bayview Complete Family Dentistry charged me $90 for a full cleaning, oral exam with X-rays. I advise everyone to avoid Premier Smile at all costs. They don’t care about their patients at all. This was the most unprofessional dental experience I’ve had in my life.
