Dental Works (S. Raeford Rd) has such an amazing, friendly staff. The dental hygienist, assistant, and dentist are all welcoming. I appreciate the patience and attention to detail offered. At other establishments, I use to feel rushed and like another "number" in the patient caseload - at Dental Works I appreciate the humanism and professionalism provided. And no surprise fees - they are upfront and clear on pricing/treatment plan.

Dental Works on Raeford Road was absolutely wonderful. The Dentist was amazing at fixing a mess that a different location made. I left with happy tears and no more pain

I was very pleased with my visit to DentalWorks Raeford Road. Having woken up in the middle of the night with a broken tooth, I called first thing in the morning for a same day appointment. The young lady quickly took my information and had my insurance information ready to go when she greeted me upon my arrival. I only waited 5 minutes in the lobby before going back. I was lucky to have Lisa working with me. She was a delight and kept the atmosphere fun and helped the time pass by. She checked regularly on my pain level and was genuinely concerned about how I felt and my post opp treatment. Dr. Patel did an amazing job getting the whole tooth extracted. He was patient with me and explained what he was doing and even further suggested future ways to fix the issue. Even the encounters with the manager and receptionist (Kimberly) at the front desk were engaging and entertaining. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel like a staff of people are working together for you (the patient). Huge shout out to Dr. Patel and Lisa for being one hell of a team...I appreciate your hard work today.
Went back today for an exam and to get my dental health back on track. Katelyn and the hygienist Ms. Alice were a lot of fun. They were thorough in explaining what was happening and answering any questions. I was also greeted again by Kelly who made this appointment for me on the drop of a dime. I appreciate each of you! Thank you for another great visit today!

This is the first time dealing with the front desk since the personnel change over. I was not received well by the girl at the front desk after her lunch break. She was not knowledgeable on the VA process. She told me I was misinformed by Dr. Turpin and I needed to get the go back to Southeastern Dental Specialists to get the Surgeons notes, otherwise she can't help me. I stepped outside and called Southeastern Dental Specialists.
They were helpful and aaked me to fill out a Dental release form from DentalWorks, since I was still there. The same girl at the desk listened to my request and said this is not normal. She followed up with the person you spoke with must be new. I asked if I could get a release form. She was reluctant but finally provided the form. After filling it out and handing it to her, she said it may take a week to fax, cause she was busy but she was working Saturday to catch up and may be able to fax the request then. To fax a request takes 2 minutes. I asked twice for a copy and finally had to point out that her form stated in writing they must provide me with a copy. She was not familiar with the form nor was she familiar with VA requirements. The new staff is not as customer friendly
or as helpful as the old staff. .Dentisuimportanceexperience any pain or discomfort! Great visit!
