All staff members I encountered were very pleasant and efficient. Because the dental assistant and Dr. Adamson worked so well together my first experience having a root canal, which I was half terrified of having, was a piece of cake. I would not have imagined that procedure going that smoothly and painlessly, but that's exactly how it went. I'm a fan of the Hope Mills DentalWorks team!

I can't complain. My experience with dental work was positive and they have always been upfront and caring. My issue with my teeth was pretty intrusive. However, I did not have any pain. I am glad that I picked them to refresh my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a positive experience in a dentist office

Dental Works saves the day again! Woke up after getting a crown the previous day with horrible pain, but the office was able to get me in within an hour of me calling. Unfortunately I needed a root canal, fortunately Dr Adamson and his assistant Brittney were amazing! They were able to complete the procedure the same morning. It was swift, as pain-free as possible, and after the numbness was gone the horrible, throbbing pain I had woken up with was gone as well. The caring, compassionate nature of the Dental Works team always eases my nerves, especially when I need more than a routine cleaning.

Always a great experience at Dental Works in Hope Mills. The staff is so professional and helpful. Marsha, my technician is so friendly, thorough and answers any questions I have in detail. Happy I found them after moving to the area 3 years ago!

Wonderful experience. I had been trying to get my teeth fixed for over a month. I was previously going to Carolinas dentist in Raeford and was having my time wasted by Dr. Miller. I was on need of 2 root canals in two teeth right beside each other. Miller could clearly see the cavity in my k9, took xrays and examined my teeth but he wasn't imo qualified enough to find the other cavity in the tooth beside it. The dentist at this practice did several tests to my teeth and I had the root canal the very next day on the k9 tooth. Dr. Miller kept making the excuse of my blood pressure being high when he was told I have previous dental trauma. My doctor thought everything he did and said was insane and gave me a medical release for whatever dentist I saw. Even my doctor said I don't have high blood pressure and it's normal to have anxiety at the dentist. Anyway, this dental practice is wonderful. Yes the root canal procedure was long and the only complaint I have was my back hurt really bad after having to lay in that position for 3 hours but a necessary evil and I won't blame them for that. They explained the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable as was possible. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone
