My experience with all the Dental One staff that I have interacted with has been first rate. I’m just saddened that when I go in for my next ortho appointment Dr. Tong will no longer walk in and say, “Good Morning Tammie.” Thanks Dr. Tong for everything. You will be missed. Kudos to the rest of the staff for the professional and friendly atmosphere they provide to us patients. Keep up the good work!!!

Renee’s customer service is always on point!
She the 1st person you see that sets the Tone!
I didn’t care for the previous doctor, but now that she’s gone ~ the new doctor…. has a wonderful bedside manner! He a Great listener and takes in all of a Patient concern…

I went to see Dr Tong about what I thought was a simple problem. He didn't just take my word for it, he did an incredibly thorough, gentle examination, explaining everything as he went along. (Really nice man!). Then, he summarized his findings. He'd found the source of my problem and it wasn't so simple, though probably not terrible. He recommended a conservative approach first, with time for healing, more complex later-if needed. Then I asked him if he could fix an actual simple problem. He looked at it, said "I can do that", called his assistant in and took care of it. And when I left, I discovered "It was a consultation and we don't charge for that!" Fantastic experience. Almost wish I needed braces so I could go back!

Great experience with Dental One Associates! The office manager is very welcoming and knowledgeable at her position 😀. Dr. Taddessee is outstanding, he took excellent care of my dental needs, i experience no pain after my tooth extraction. Dr. Taddessee's bedside manner is commendable!

Renee (receptionist) is highly communicative and always does her best to accommodate all patients . This office stays busy , so I have learned to be on time if not early and there may still be a small wait . But all in all it’s been a good experience . My teeth are in a maintainable place and I’m happy
