I have been a patient of Dr Kim over 20 years. He is professional, proficient, and excels in his craft. I have been to numerous dentists in my lifetime but none can compare to him. His personal and dedicated care to my dental needs has resulted in my beautiful smile and confidence in my overall appearance. I have recommended Dr Kim to numerous friends who share my sentiment and experience of excellent dental care. His bedside manner is superior. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental assistance.
I began coming to Dental Excellence about 5 years ago after a bad experience with another local dentist. I have been so pleased with Dental Excellence that I bring my kids here too. Dr. Kim is knowledgable and always takes the time to talk through any questions I have. He does not push unnecessary procedures, which is appreciated. The office staff and front desk staff are courteous, helpful, and responsive. Whenever I've needed to reschedule an appointment, they are understanding. The office itself is also very clean and is a pleasant environment with good lighting and nice decor. There is plenty of free parking in the garage adjoining the building.
I went to this place in August of 2023. I had the worst experience of my life. The doctor didn’t care about my well-being. He cared more about money and rather I had insurance. His recommendation for care to fix an issue with my teeth was total wrong. I went to another doctor and the Doctor at another facility. The was able to fix my issue with a manner that didn’t feel like an experiment. The doctor here I think doesn’t care for minorities or ethnic. His recommendation was terrible. I went to a doctor that been in the field for 35 year and more and the doctor mention that was not be a great decision. I will say this. I work for a great company with great insurance. I felt uncared. I don’t recommend any person in this doctor care at all. If some of you would like to see an exactly what he recommended me. I don’t mind sharing the recommendation and I will say this. The doctor I went to recommended as helpful. I wrote this to raise awareness. This doctor is all for money and not care. Plus don’t care for blacks care at all. I will report this practice to BBB.
This is the best dentist I've ever attended to in my LIFE! Dr. Kim is the nicest man I've ever met, and def values his patients over money. The staff are very nice, and overall the place is very friendly from the start. 10/10 for the service! My teeth have never looked so fine in all the years I've had them!
This dentist office has the best dentist and staff. Dr. Kim is so knowledgeable, and patient with his patients. I have recommended him to others and they simply loved him. If you are in search of a GOOD DENTIST call Dental Excellence. I don’t usually give reviews, but this was worth it
