Today my daughter had her consult to start braces. The office is exceptionally clean, organized and thorough with info! We were greeted right away and offered a tour of the facility. Mandy was so friendly and helped me navigate a price that worked for me to get my daughter started right away!! She also gave me all the info that was needed throughout my daughter’s braces journey! Dr Goldberg came in to give a brief presentation of my daughter’s teeth and what corrections were needed and a timeline. I didn’t come in thinking to get started today but the price couldn’t be beat and my daughter is walking out with her braces! I highly recommend this office if you’re looking to align you/your children’s smile! It is a 10/10!!!
Our first visit was great! Professional and friendly staff as soon as you walk through the door! I was given a tour of the facility immediately after check in. They offer games and coffee while you wait! The office was extremely clean and welcoming! Lauren provided exceptional service to myself and son. Our orthodontist was exceptional as well, providing me with pictures and a detailed explanation of what the next steps are for our son to obtain his braces. I look forward to our next visit! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice orthodontist practice!
My Daughter Kinsley received braces today, from the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable. I can’t say enough about Dr Sam, Lisa and the rest of the staff they make you feel so at home! The office is gorgeous, they keep you entertained with the giant PAC-Man machine and they have a Starbucks! Would definitely recommend this office to all of my friends!
From start to finish we were beyond impressed with everyone and everything. The facility is so clean and inviting. The staff was beyond my expectations, very friendly and personable. My daughter was nervous coming to the appointment but has not stopped talking about how much she loved her experience and can’t wait for her next appointment. Lisa and Lauren made this experience unforgettable in the best way possible. She told her sister all about it and cannot wait for both of their appointments in a few months.
What a wonderful experience! We were greeted with smiles.😁 Brittany at the front desk gave us a tour & has the most wonderful personality. Lisa Helped break down the payment process and was so friendly and personable. Dr. Sam and Bri did an excellent job getting his braces on and helping both of us to understand what to expect. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.👍👍
