If I could leave no stars I would. This is quite possibly the worst dentist office/ business I have EVER been to. Not only did they reschedule my appointments each time I had one but they over charge and have the RUDEST staff. When they called me to reschedule there was no compassion for me needing to get in soon because of my wedding in less than a month (why I scheduled the appointment with them). I will never return and tell EVERYONE I know to no longer give them any business. So ridiculous and sad.

Most people are nervous about going to their dentists, but I can assure you that Zug Dentistry has a calm atmosphere. From the minute you walk in and are greeted at the front desk to the minute you walk out, everyone is very kind and knowledgeable.

We’ve been here multiple times giving it multiple chances after being reassured that a problem would be fixed. This was the last straw. I went in for a simple cleaning and hoping to be fitted for a set of Invisalign. They said they had to X-ray for any problems prior to the Invisalign consultation,which makes perfect sense. After the X-ray I was told I have a cavity. I asked for there not to be any injections and they insisted quite rudely actually. I unfortunately caved, they proceeded with the cavity, and I have been in excruciating pain ever since. I went with no pain and came out miserable. They have offered to fix it, but I refuse to enter this business ever again. I not only had a reaction to the injection, but also now have a tooth issue I will be resolving elsewhere. I would not advise any customers to trust this dentistry.

I've been going to Zug dentistry for 30 years (my whole life). While the new establishment is much larger in scale, the Zug team still provides high quality dental care to their clients. They are an integral part of the community and a trusted dental practice.

Incredibly friendly environment and you can tell the people are well cared for, patients and employees!
