I do not recommend. I bought Invisalign from this practice and my treatment went excessively beyond what was presented to me. And even now, my teeth have issues of continuing to move and instead of this practice continuing to assist, they sent me a letter stating that I am dismissed as their patient. Now I am thousands of dollars in with no recourse but to possibly pursue legal actions or pay another provider.

This practice cares more about profit than their patients. My children have been going to this practice for years and we are at a point we cannot change orthodontists. The staff will speak poorly about patients in front of other patients. They have drawn out my daughter's care and missed the gap in her teeth until they were about to remove her braces. They have too many patients for the single orthodontist and do not adjust patient flow accordingly. Nonetheless, if you are 10 min late you must reschedule--- despite the fact you will, on average wait in the waiting room at least 30 min past your time for a simple retainer check. I do not recommend this practice at all.

I’ll start by saying I had a couple consultations with knox orthodontists when deciding on treatment. When one called for a follow up they asked who I decided to go with instead, once they heard I chose Dana Marton, the lady said to me “if you were my daughter I would tell you not to go there and ask you to go anywhere else, I know a lot of people who haven’t gotten the results they wanted, you don’t have to pick us but reconsider”. I assumed they were sad to not get my business and Dana Marton was cheaper than other places but I should have listened. I also am not sure how so many other reviews just like mine are no longer on their review list and got taken down. I wanted braces my whole life and had to get them once I could afford them as an adult, this was huge to me, this was something I was excited for and so ready for after years of being self conscious of my smile just to get semi straight teeth. I will say, Take the chance paying more, it’s not worth the reduced prices. I started treatment when I was nineteen years old and was in invisalign with them for over 5 years,( 2015-2023 timeline)19-27 years old, I was told 2 1/2 years of treatment. I had them paid off early on making monthly payments and was still in a cycle of pushed out appointments and getting the run around on when I would be done with treatment, and restarting new retainers or getting metal on my back teeth when I signed up for Invisalign. I went through every type of adjusted new treatment, over and over my retainers were changed, metal was put on my back teeth, teeth were shaved, appointments were incredibly late over and over for YEARS past my due date. My teeth are still not perfectly straight, I paid for semi straight teeth and a lot of hassle and headaches. New patients get pushed ahead until they are locked in like the rest of us then it’s the same for everyone, need an appointment two months out ? Plan on 6 months. I never once got an appointment when I was due to be seen it was always pushed out bc the priority was getting new patients not tending to the current ones. I asked multiple times… when would I be finished with treatment I heard “about 3-6 months” on repeat for 2+ years, already being incredibly over my date to have been done. I can understand some teeth are more difficult but this was from every appointment being months later than I was due and sitting in the same retainer for months nothing being done to my teeth just waiting to be seen for every single appointment. It was incredibly frustrating to know I was doing everything I was supposed to, only taking out my retainers to eat and brush my teeth, just to be so incredibly disappointed. I eventually stopped going, for about maybe a little over a year, and then eventually asked to have my buttons taken off and to not have to come back to just be given an over night retainer to keep the straightness I had. They did work with me on that while trying to pitch me to re sign a contract where I was quoted another 2 1/2 years of treatment *note I had been wearing an old Invisalign retainer to keep my teeth in place like an over night retainer* which I will say if I get braces to finish their work, it will be with anyone else or not at all. My most recent appointment was scheduled for august 14, 2023, I was called and canceled on, I asked to keep it and was told no where I asked for a text stating they canceled on me to avoid a charge for not showing up because those two things, getting canceled and or getting a fee… happen very often too. So for your sake, your time, your money, your hassle, your peace of mind, reconsider.
