The best dental office by far -
Chris, my dental hygienist, was such a treat. My teeth feel cleaner than they ever have and he was very interesting and funny. Seems I was there for only five minutes. He's the best in my book.
Dr. Farooq is on top of the newest procedures, techniques, crowns, and braces. She is a pleasure and has a genuine interest in your teeth. You can feel how much she loves her work and her patients.
I left feeling great about my visit and grateful that my teeth were in such good hands.
Many thanks guys,
truly,
Joan O. French

I have been going to Crossroads Dental for a year or so, but this is the 1st time I have had to go for a crown issue. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist! The doctor was very efficient and informative (and gentle) in injecting the anethesic and grounding down the partial tooth left after the partial crown fell out. Her assistant, Tasha, was excellent in finishing up the work, fitting the temporary tooth and making sure it was properly place and the bite was good. I don't believe I have ever had a temporary tooth place so well and so quickly in my life. A superior visit! I would recommend this office to everyone. They have the patient's satisfaction covered from every angle.

I have been going to this dentistry now for almost 27 years. They are always professional and take care of their patients. Aisha cleaned my teeth this time. She asked the right questions and did a great job.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had 2 fillings done almost 2 months ago and when I left my ear started bleeding and I lost my hearing for weeks. I was also having pain with 1 of the fillings. After going to the doctor the next day they encouraged me to call my dentist back. I called Crossroads and mentioned the ear issue (that my doctor & other dentists have said could or could not be related but would be a crazy coincidence if they weren’t) and the pain. They not only showed zero concern but found it comical! Since all I got was laughter, I obviously went to a different dentist for help with the pain from the filling. They did an x-ray, had to shave more of the filling, and also said the filling was done improperly and would likely either need to be replaced entirely or I just need to live with the pain + weird space that food falls into in between my teeth because of the filling not being done correctly. I emailed them weeks ago for a copy of my records but they have not responded.

I've been to this dentist office twice. My first time was in Feb 2023 when I could open my mouth due to my wisdom teeth. They recommended me a place downtown to have them looked at snd removed. I went for the second time for a cleaning, xray check up on April 17th, 2024. They told me I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning and had 8 cavities. They wanted to do the deep clean in 4 sections costing me $3536.00 which is ridiculous. And on top if that they wasn't going to be abke to give me laughing call due to the doctor beibg pregnant. I told them about my past experiences of needing to be satiated when gettibg cavities filled or a deep clean and they told me i was a big girl thwt im doing okay and wont need it. So I went to get a second opinion about my teeth. I still need the need clean and it'll cost me $600. They said they'd look into me having cavities after the deep clean incase it's a stain. And is willing to do everything to make sure I'm comfortable as possible and is willing to give me something to help relax me and give me laughing gas. I will not be coming back to Crossroads Family Dentistry for teeth work. Will be looking into getting invisaligns in the long run to have straight teeth and will see what they price it at. But over all get a 2nd opinion on your teeth is my advice.
