Heard a lot of good things on this dental office so I decided to transfer over from my previous dentist that kept giving me a hard time . Amazing staff , I was immediately greeted with a smile and they answered all of my questions and concerns , really glad I made the switch !
This was the best and most courteous service that I received. The staff was friendly and professional. I'm 74 yrs old and I didn't know my tooth was out until the doctor said it's out. I didn't feel any pain. I thank them for my service.
Horrible experience. The dentist Mathis drilled a hole in my tooth that I was going to get a root canal on in the future while putting a filling on a different tooth. She freaked out and started crying n acting panicky (I now know that’s why she was crying because she made that hole..she put a temp filling o the tooth) I had to go back because of swollen mouth n turns out there’s a hole in that tooth. I made a complaint with the manager of the Denist office n he gave me $50 credit to my account…I wasn’t ready to pay for a route canal out off pocket in the first place that’s why it was to be done in the future, now they talk me into getting Care credit (which is debt). I come back to do the route canal n the first thing she says is “I read your report”(speaking on the complaint), so we began the process n she’s asking questions n I’m only shaking my head yes or no she gets an attitude n says what’s wrong with u can u talk (so me being quiet is an issue). Continue to do the route she’s drilling n drilling but my nerve is in pain . So I have to do another visit after I do another 7 days antibiotics for the tooth (did the first 7 wen I went for the swelling n they told me I had to go ahead n do the root canal) came back n she was pissed about me asking the assistant questions and got irritated and impatient n got aggressive with me so i addressed it and we had differences because im not letting her have a attitude with me n its her fault im going through this. Then she says im done I quit. So I basically got a hole thats even bigger that she drilled with a temporary feeling on it and all they did was refund the care credit n referred me to a Endodontist .
I've used this facility several times. I've been greeted with utmost respect and kindness. Some times you have to wait a bit but it's worth it.
I don't usually give five stars for anything because nothing is perfect, but I give five stars to Comprehensive Dental Center because of their complete care for their patients. I experienced an atmosphere where the staff was empathetic toward me, making sure I was as comfortable as possible and treating me like a real person instead of just another number to deal with. I appreciate that they weren't annoyed by the extensive treatment I needed and that they were patient with me, as I am a big baby! I haven't been to a dentist in many years and they helped to keep my fears at a minimum. I did not have one single moment where I felt like I didn't matter. The entire staff performed in a very professional, but personal, way. I recommend trying Comprehensive Dental Center for the best treatment you can get. Seriously!
