From setting up the appointment to the front desk reception and the actual appointment my experience was excellent! The front desk staff was bubbly and super helpful. My hygienist Pam was thorough and caring. I'm very happy with the treatment I received at Columbus Family Dentistry. Thank you all!

I'm always nervous at the dentist and feel self conscious about my smile but they made me feel comfortable and I had the best experience both times I've been, once for cleaning and the next to replace a filling. Not a long wait for an appointment either time and clearly communicated
options and came up with a treatment plan for a tooth that has been bothering me for a while. I'd definitely recommend!

I normally hate going to the dentist but I have to say that Columbus Family Dentistry is the best dental care I’ve ever had in 50 years! Pam, my hygienist is wonderful. She’s very personable and efficient. Dr. Maclauren is great. He’s very positive and always in a good mood. That means a lot to me!

If your looking for a friendly dentist office this the place you would want to book a appointment. We were running behind to are appointment; however Pam called to check in on us and had such a positive attitude when we arrive. All of the Staff work very well with children. I had an amazing experience at my visit.

This establishment used to be great a few years back, but recently, it's taken a turn for the worse. In the past couple of years, there have been instances where the doctor failed to show up for scheduled appointments. While such mishaps can occur occasionally, it's unacceptable that it has happened to me twice during routine cleanings and once for a dentist appointment. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of communication; no one bothers to inform patients when the doctor won't be available, despite the inconvenience of taking time off work and having to reschedule. The attitude of the staff suggests a lack of concern, and it feels like the doctor is frequently on vacation.
