My granddaughter has braces and she is visiting from Alabama and broke a bracket. The Carter practice got her right in and cut the wire so that her mouth would not get cut. I appreciated them so much because she is not thier patient. Thank you from a concerned grandmother.

My 18yo son got braces put on this morning. Got in immediately. Not long of a wait before they took him back. The employee who put his braces on was amicable, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. When we left and almost home, one of his metal brackets came off, so I called, and they worked him back in and immediately took care of him. He was very satisfied and content about the whole process. Thank you, Carter Orthhodontics crew members. Keep up the great work, and God bless.

Really getting frustrated with the fact that there are no appointments available til july! My child hasn’t been seen since November 2023! 3 offices and neither has anything available? I’m better off taking him somewhere else

The staff were extremely nice when we walked in. Dr. Carter and Katie were very informative and made me and my daughter feel comfortable. We arrived a little early and were seen quickly. Needless to say, my daughter will have braces soon. Thank you so much.

They were able to get me in for an appointment semi-quickly, about a week out, which I appreciated. The appointment was quick. Not a long wait time. She asked what my concerns were, though she was confused about one part we were able to clear it up. At the time I was not sure of how well the cement was scraped off the back of my teeth because it did not feel smooth. She did do it again to make sure she got everything and reassured me that she wasn't seeing anything else when going over the teeth. It would have been better if I would have been able to stand up and swish water around in my mouth a few time, then her just using the little vacuum and water hose to remove all the debris. I would have felt better and probably would have felt that all the cement was indeed gone. I'm not as happy about not being able to schedule a follow up appointment until 2 weeks later. I need a retainer and the longer I delay the more my teeth move.
