I highly recommend Caloosa Dental! The staff is fantastic, personable and thoughtful. Dr. Cortex actually cares about her clients and it shows. She is thorough and explains all options and she is kind. Her assistant Ruby (Lucy) is wonderful 👏 she has a charming personality and she too cares about you. Sherry P. is also wonderful, she was kind and 100% concerned with my comfort. Charming and kind as well. They are the best🤩😍🥲

After making an appointment, I thought all the information they wanted was excessive. I just wanted a tooth pulled. They wanted $544. Very high, they reduced it to 350 I believe when I said it's too high, then they wanted me to pay before the actual service. In which I've never heard of. Then the dentist said she wasn't going to pull it do to I'm stage 4 kidney patient. So left me in pain. Went to another dentist less questions, less money, less pain. I would not recommend this dentist office, they're a 1st priority, money making business. Made easy things difficult.
8-6-24: how could you charge me for x-rays for a useless visit? Who ever heard of paying before a service? My tooth was removed within a couple of hours of you, it is now a week later and just about fully recovered. Some people get things done and some do not. The 2nd dentist worked with the exact same information you did and extracted my tooth and I have appointments for other work to be done. Also the 2nd dentist charged me after the service which is normal. You could have done better.

Great staff and facilities. All staff took the time to explain everything and make sure that I understood my dental condition and treatment options. My dental records are accessible to me and follow up appointments are available quickly. The membership plan will help with the cost as I have no insurance, and will allow me to keep up with ongoing dental care.

I'm always happy to have my teeth cleaned by Selina. She's upbeat and cheerful as she gently provides services. I love how my teeth look & feel after my visits with her!

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful experience my family and I consistently have when going to Caloosa Dental. The offices are clean and well staffed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. All questions are always thoroughly answered with a smile while do fantastic quality work. Dr. Oakes-Lottridge is truly outstanding at her craft. She is an amazing dentist and an ever better person. Whether for myself or for my children I know we are in good hands when working with Dr. Oakes-Lottridge. I HIGHLY recommend Caloosa Dental to any person/family who is looking for a dentist for life!
