It had been a while since I went to a Dentist, and I was nervous about the reception I would receive (I had a very negative experience with a different dentist a long time ago which caused my hiatus from taking care of my dental health), however, the person who picked up the phone when I called (I can’t remember who) was very nice and reassuring when I explained my long absence from care, which was taken up by Dakota (sorry if I misspelled!) who is an amazing dental hygienist and patiently explain everything she was doing and why. When Dr. Burns came in he was quick and professional, complimented me and answered all of my questions. While I am still embarrassed, and maybe a little appreciative, it isn’t with them. I would HIGHLY recommend The Burns Family Dentistry.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The front desk was welcoming and my hygienist was great - friendly and informative. Dr A was the best. Sat in front of me to discuss my situation rather than standing a little behind as some do. He explained his plan, made sure I understood it and agreed with it. He answered my questions and I will be happy going back to Burns Dental.

I haven't visited a dental office in a while. So I was thrilled to find Burns Family Dentistry and have a much needed crown done. From the ladies I met at the front desk to Dr. Karns and all the dental staff there was never a moment without professionalism, personable interaction, friendliness and kindness!!! It was a true blessing to find them and I hope they know how much I appreciate them all.

From appointment scheduling, to entering the facility, to is take for my son, I was very impressed. With everything. When the dentist came in he was very informative and answered all questions. I appreciate all the techs and workers. Even upon leaving they used my son’s name to ensure he was happy and understand. I would recommend this dentistry!!

Had an immediate concern and the receptionist did her best to move up my cleaning appt so that the exam was covered by the insurance and would not cost me out of pocket. Very thorough hygienist and Dentist. Highly recommend!
