Dr. B and her entire staff operate at the top of their licenses/certifications—and are always going above and beyond to create an environment that feels safe, friendly, and fun. They are professionals to the max—but human as well—remembering details of clients recent activities/stories at each appointment. The team ensures the insurance/billing process is seamless and I have never had an issue or bill in question—it has always been worked out between the office/insurance agency. The culture in the office matters—and with genuine kindness, each staff person supports the others. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! My son and I both have gone the Invisalign route, and my daughter will be starting soon.

Dr. Burlingame's technique and general coolness calmed down my 31yo self and I felt like I was hanging out with friends that just happen to fix my teeth. I had a 16 year old permanent retainer that was falling out and I knew if I didn't get it fixed that my bottom teeth would quickly become misaligned again- Dr. Burlingame and her team fixed it and it feels better than it ever did! She is the doctor I wish I had as a kid, and I highly recommend her to the adults out there too!

Dr. B and the team have been amazing with both of my children! Great orthodontics, for sure, but it's the positive atmosphere and attention to each kid's needs that really sets this practice apart! An excellent experience start to finish for our family!

We love Dr B and all the staff at Burlingame! Appointments are always on time, they are very family friendly, and never pressure you to make quick decisions. Dr B always provides all the information to help you make the right orthodontic choice for your family and is so knowledgeable and kind. We also love all the staff there, always very friendly and helpful.

We have had an amazing experience at Burlingame Orthodontics. The staff is so friendly and it’s a very welcoming, fun environment. Dr. B is down to earth, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable. We know that we’re getting the best orthodontic care around. Highly recommend this practice!!
