I love Brightwork Family Dentistry! Monica is great, and she always makes sure my experience is great each time. The young lady who works with my 7 year old is also great, my son doesn’t mine getting his teeth cleaned!

I brought my husband, who had dementia, to this practice when he was not able to go to our regular dentist any longer. Dr Iachini and her staff were able to provide a calm environment for him and treated him so kindly. They were able to get some cleaning done on his teeth and give me ideas to help him with oral care. When he got farther along in his dementia and potentially needed to be sedated for a more thorough cleaning, they suggested another dentist who could help. Wonderful dentist and staff who helped us in a time of need.

I highly recommend this practice. They have worked hard to make going to the dentist a calm and relaxing experience. They have thought of so many details with their massaging dentist chairs, calm music, and televisions with serene scenes in each room. It is always a pleasure to see my hygienist, Monica, who is always friendly, shows a personal interest, and is gentle during your cleaning. Dr. Crowley gives excellent care and has a personality that puts you at ease. I've been going to this practice since before Dr. Crowley started here. I've seen all the updates he has made to the building and experience. This is an excellent practice.

First visit since moving to the local area. Very comfortable setting. Inviting staff. Little to no wait time. Dental hygienist and Dentist were very patient, welcoming and pleasant. I felt my concerns and needs were genuinely listened to. Exam was very thorough. Very glad I was recommended this office. Already scheduled my next routine maintenance/exam.

After more than 40 years with this practice, I find out they don’t accept (dropped) my insurance. I was not notified and was given an overpriced quote. They should have notified each patient that their carrier is not in network. Don’t like Dr Crowley’s attitude overall. Dr Iachini is good though.
