I can’t say enough about Dr Samuel. I really hated going to the dentist because of past experience with others but he and his staff are great. This was the first dentist I have seen since moving to NC. From the first encounter I had nothing but excellent service. From setting up my appointment to Patient Representative at front desk to the hygienist that examined my teeth to the Dentist. He took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and how we should proceed. I knew I was gonna have to have my teeth extracted but he was about preserving the ones he could. So He knew I was nervous but Dr. Samuel talk to me through the whole procedure and Morgan his assistant knew exactly what he would need before he ask. When I say you can trust them you really can. It wasn’t about how much money we can get and not care about the patients teeth he was about how can I save your teeth. The cost to extract and have partial denture was affordable. I wise I had found him years ago but I’m very grateful that I found and pick this practice. I highly recommend them.

Went in to get my teeth cleaned here. Told my hygienist about my tooth ache she did everything she could to try to help me find where the pain was coming from. Doctor Bright more like doctor rush heard the hygienist explain my problem and he said well I just won’t touch it your 6 months ago x-rays look fine. And said you will be okay. Go home easily take my time to find the pain and and it took me less than 1minute to find my cavity… absolutely do not recommend he will right you off and make you feel crazy! What a waste of time! The only reason it deserves a one start is because of my sweet hygienist.

They provide lude customer service and ADD money to your bill! That is why they allow you to set up payments and are nice at first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
