Great first appointment for our daughter! The staff was welcoming and courteous. My daughter was nervous and they really took the time to make her feel comfortable. They explained things in detail and took the time to answer our questions. This is the second generation to use the Brayces team for their smiles.

I went to Invisalign day last spring 2022 for treatment for my son. I decided to get him Invisalign treatment at BRAYCES due to the fact the orthodontists have years of experience with Invisalign. The consultation was pretty personable and we started treatment for my son. Dr. Robert Tarby did my consultation and I chose Invisalign because I felt trusting of him. He also has a great educational background and years of experience. I was under the impression he would be the orthodontist treating my son.
About a year later - my son doesn't even see the orthodontist that did the consultation. My son gets treated by a brand-new orthodontist Dr. Rebecca Lerman who I never met in my consultation and was not aware this would be the orthodontist treating my son. She just graduated, this is her first job. She has less experience and training and I'm not sure if I fully trust her because she seems hesitant when I ask questions. If I knew a brand new orthodontist would be the one treating, I would have considered going to a different office that gave me a quote that was a lot less than what Brayces charged me.
Also - Scheduling is a disaster. You need to make appointments 4+ WEEKS in advanced. If you need to reschedule - you are told you have to wait weeks/months for the next available appointment. I had to reschedule 1 appointment and was told the next available appointment after 2pm wasn't until 2 months from then. My son was stuck wearing the same aligner (which is meant to wear for 1/2 weeks) for 4 weeks.
The overall service is not personable AT ALL. The orthodontist is seeing multiple patients at one time. The office is always crowded. The receptionists are rude. The appointments are always running late and my son is always waiting in a crowded waiting room despite being early to every appointment.
If I were to do this all over again, I would not have chosen Brayces.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The appointments run on time. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Kevin Walker! He is caring for his patients and makes my daughter feel very comfortable with the process. Thank you!

Brayces is amazing! We go to both the Somers Point and the EHT offices. Scheduling is easy and they run on time for appointments. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Brayces goes the extra mile - whether it’s buying Girl Scout cookies from patients or giving them Father’s Day cards for their dads. We feel that our son is getting excellent care!
