They were very thorough from our first consultation. Pre-determination of what our coverage was, payment plans available. Total cost upfront.
They are very good at determining the end date. They help and make sure everything is going perfect even after your braces are off. Even referring to oral surgeons for wisdom teeth.
They also will 100% see you after everything is done if a retainer breaks or needs fixed.
They go above and beyond and the office staff as well as the technicians are just wonderful to work with as well.

My kids did so well with Benko orthodontics! The doctor and all the staff have always been super nice (& very understanding when the kids are stuff they weren’t supposed to have and broke wires.). They never scolded them or made them feel guilty if they didn’t follow directions completely. Their teeth look amazing now and although they are “done,” they have permanent hardware and if the glue comes loose and so forth, they are happy to see them and fix it. They were also always extremely helpful and understanding when it came to scheduling the appointments as well.
I highly recommend Benko orthodontics to anyone who is starting into that phase of care with their children or themselves. Also go early, they are very honest and will say wait until these teeth come in or so on, but like in the case of my daughter they were able to put a spacer to help some of the teeth come in properly thus needing less correction later on.

What a great office and staff, so professional. My youngest daughter got her braces on today and we can't wait to see her future smile. My oldest daughter loved her invisalign and had fantastic results. So happy to have such a great orthodontist in our area. Everyone needs to check them out.

Benko orthodontics has been great! Appointment times are always available when any issues arise, and the times are always reasonable. Appointments,for us, have always been handled in a timely manner, never much longer than they state they'll be. It's been an allover positive experience so far!

I had Invisalign braces about 12 years ago as an adult and this office was great then. I now have a permanent retainer
One of the wires broke so I went in to have it repaired recently and I felt like a valued patient even after not being there for 10 years. The staff is always friendly, cheerful and professional. It is delightful to hear them talk to the young patients. The staff is so kind to them and friendly.
I would recommend this office for children and adults
