After 10 years of avoiding the dentist and only going when there were emergencies, this was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. I have never had the same quality of patient education/care compared to what Dr. Jones and Kim provided for me today. The front desk lovely lady was the best too and got me in and out so quickly! They’re honest, thorough and affordable with my insurance. This is the first time in my life I am excited about my dental care and procedures I need done! Highly recommend them if you’re nervous/haven’t been in a long while, they will take you through step by step. Also? A very beautifully decorated and clean office!!

I had an amazing experience. Dr Jones, Kendra, and the entire team took great care of me. They were very thorough and informative and really educated me on what was going on and the treatment needed. Super sweet team. I’m usually very nervous at the dentist but they made me feel welcome made it easy. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way so I was prepared. Thanks team!!

I would recommend Bay Arbor Dental. The Dr was friendly. She listened to me and gave me good solid advice. Dr. apologized for running slightly behind and this was the day the internet went out, therefore it was no fault of her own. I enjoyed her mannerism and concern for me and my wallet.

Wow!! I have been to several dentists in Palm Harbor, Oldsmar and Clearwater, but this practice is by far the best I have ever been to. The staff are outstanding and they have space-age technology that truly enables you to understand exactly what is happening with your teeth and what they are doing to you. They have equipment that my previous dentist could only dream of. My hygienist, Kendra was amazing. She was not about the money but making sure that I had a great experience at the least cost. That is rare and refreshing. I will tell the whole world about Bay Arbor Dental. Great service, great people!!! #1.

The best dentist office I have ever been to. It’s not hard to tell that everyone here really cares about their patients. Dr. Melissa Jones is always inviting, has a great attitude, and makes great and honest assessments. I actively recommend this place to friends and family.
