I went to the Monroe office to get my daughter another retainer because she lost her original. The staff was so kind and understanding and really worked with me. I can’t recommend Baum Braces enough. This is my third child going through them and each time the service and the people are amazing.

Dr. Baum has made the braces experience fantastic for my daughter. Scheduling appointments was super easy, and they worked with us financially to ensure we could afford the treatment. Our daughter now has braces, and we are so grateful for everything. Thank you, Dr. Baum!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Baum Braces Monroe office. Even from the very first phone call, I am blown away by how kind, compassionate, and professional everyone is. This office runs like a well-oiled machine, with every question answered before it’s even asked, and every person you encounter greets you with a genuine smile. My daughter had her braces put on just yesterday, and hearing from her that she was so comfortable, so at ease, will make me recommend Baum to anyone and everyone!

Returning to this practice after being a patient since I was about 10 years old, I can confidently say it feels like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I've never left. Keith recently helped fix my retainer and took excellent care of me. Highly recommend this place for their consistent, top-notch service!
