I must say going to the dentist has never been a favorable or pleasant experience for me. Dr. Owens and her staff made me feel comfortable and Secure that I was getting the best professional treatment needed. They didn’t try to Hard sell me. I must say each staff member treated me professionally as well as kind… I am 65 years old and in though 65 years I truly have never liked the dentist but I had broken one of my teeth in half🥴. I chose Dr. Owens office because it was close to my house and convenient and I must say it was a great choice. To fix the tooth took quite a while but everything I was seeing was them being very thorough and professional. and compassionate. If you’re trying to find a dentist or change to a new dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Owens and I never take my personal referral or my word lately. I want to extend to Dr. Owens and her staff a big THANK YOU… You really took the anxiety and stress out of my dental visit and procedure. We went to this Dentist office because they were listed on our insurance's website. We went in person and showed them our insurance just to make sure it was accepted and they assured us it was. We scheduled our daughters cleaning and signed a document showing us that the insurance covered this service. They then billed us for the service stating that they did not accept our insurance.
Love this office! I have severe anxiety about the dentist. I can’t remember the drs name but she is the friendliest woman! And the hygienist I had (Brittany, I think) was so nice and patient with me. I wish I could remember their names but I am bad with names! I am so thankful I found this place. Fast response time as well. I googled them in fear of a cracked tooth. Put in a request online, within an hour received a call from the front desk. Clean office and they take pride in their work and enjoy doing it. I heard them interacting with other patients and it was just an all around friendly and welcoming environment.
I had an amazing experience at Bartram Family dentistry! The team was very kind and supportive of each other! My visit was short and direct. I was educated on what to expect with my treatment! I have slight bit of dental anxiety but at Bartram family dentistry I had no anxiety. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!!
When I called to make an emergency appointment the person was wonderful and very pleasant and got me in the same day. The dental hygienist was professional, caring and very friendly. The dentist was painless and gave me great care and concern. The whole experience was very pleasant and my problem taken care of. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
