I have been a loyal customer for about six years now, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened by the way customers are treated.
During the promotion, I was promised an iPad mini for getting braces. However, instead, I was given a USED and OLD iPad Mini which was not mentioned at the beginning. To make matters worse, I had to make several requests to get the iPad.
I am very disappointed not because of the old iPad but because of the way Avanti Dentistry tried to get rid of me as it was me, not them, who reminded several times about the promotion after 4 years of orthodontic treatment. Avanti Dentistry did not even remember about the promotion at the end of the treatment so please think twice before signing up for orthodontic treatment.
This situation has happened again, as you now have a similar promotion offering an iPad Mini for getting ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT, without mentioning that customers will receive an old and used device at the end of the treatment. AFTER 2-3 years. So, please set the right expectation to customers like me.
Misleading promotions like this are unacceptable and disrespectful to your customers. Not only have you lost me as a customer, but my family and friends as well.
I hope you take this review seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service and promotions.

I am very pleased with my experience at Avanti Dentistry. I had a crown done and Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job. He is very professional and friendly. The staff at Avanti Dentistry is also very nice and helpful. The office is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Avanti Dentistry.

The front desk is very welcoming and kind, the office is clean and professional. Dr. Bach Nguyen has taken care of my entire family; cleaning, filings, and crowns, given explanations and educational tips. After several bad experiences, he rebuilt the trust towards dentists.

Dr. Fotini Chrisopoulos is a phenomenal dentist. She is truly an expert in her field & specializations. She listen to your needs & has a compassionate & caring bedside manner. The whole process from the beginning to end was explained well & the expected outcomes. She was always available if had any questions or concerns. I am very happy with my results & I feel more confident in my smile. Priceless!!
