We love the entire staff at AOS! Dr. Tyler has helped both my daughter and son- both were young when they started. His bedside manner with them and with me is fantastic. He explains things in a calmly manner and is extremely encouraging. His front desk needs to be mentioned too- they make scheduling with a busy life easy and guilt free. The entire staff functions as a team- making time efficient- we never wait long, and you can feel the camaraderie.
I can’t say enough about this place! Allison and all of the orthodontic technicians are gentle, thorough and punctual. Dr. Rathbun is amazing and I have 100% confidence in her ability to treat my daughter who has a more complex situation due to her cleft lip and palate. The front office staff is helpful, professional and well organized. I would highly recommend!
Starting going to this practice after our original orthodontist retired, and they picked up exactly where he left off. Great team, super friendly and they keep me updated during each step of the treatment. They’ve also made themselves available for “brace emergencies “ which as a parent I have been incredibly grateful for!

Had a great visit today to start my Invisalign treatment. Simone was wonderful in getting things going and of course Dr Tyler Rathbun was also wonderful. Both were very professional and made me feel comfortable and supported as I go through this process.
