I was there today for a cleaning appointment and was told I had to pay for x-rays because you haven't been able to get my x-rays from my previous dentist. I called the old dentist while I was there and got them on the phone and requested the x-rays with no problem. If you couldn't get them why not call me before my appointment and make me aware? I spoke with someone 2 weeks prior to my appointment trying to get me to come in earlier due to a cancelation. That would've been a good time to tell me you couldn't get my records. I feel like you wanted me to pay for x-rays I didn't need to pay for.

My visit was so great there. The staff was so kind and polite. My hygenist Desiree' was the best.. She was so nice with lots of patience. I will definitely be back soon..

I had great experience with American Family Dentistry. I was a new patient and not only they got me an appointment five days later but they’re very polite, communicative and professional. Great experience!

I would not recommend anyone go here. I had my older fillings replaced with white fillings and still felt the sensitivity months later in two of my fillings. When I told the dentist about it I was informed that I may need a crown instead and I would have to pay for it on top of paying for the filling that was done that shouldn’t have been done if a crown was needed. To top this all off my insurance was filed incorrectly!! I received bills for weeks for over $800 even though I have two different insurance policies. I requested that these bills stop being delivered until they rectify the issue but they continued to send bills and never did anything about the problem. After speaking with insurance I was informed the claim was submitted with the wrong dentist’s name on it!! Horrible experience I would not wish on anyone!

Went in first time have a cleaning. Tish was my hygienist. Did a super job very friendly professional definitely would recommend.
