The dental assistants are great at this location. The only issue I had with them during my multiple visits to this location is that they always want to do some kind of special cleaning or procedure that is not covered by insurance. They speak to you as if they are mandatory services and not optional.
The older women at the front desk are terrible. They are nice to your face but will speak about you behind your back.
I called and canceled my appointment and received confirmation. The next day, they call to ask if I’m coming to my appointment. I explained that I called and cancelled the appointment the day prior. She said okay and apologized and hung up. Weeks later I receive a bill for $50 due to missing my appointment. I called and explained that I canceled. She said no problem they will take care of it. A few weeks later I receive another bill. I go in and show them my call log and that I called and canceled the appointment. They said okay and that it would be handled. A few weeks later I receive a bill for $50 again.
I finally just decided to pay the money rather than this poorly run dental office send something to collections and ruin my credit due to them trying to scam patients who have cancer.
Very disappointed in this company. I hope someone from corporate will reach out to make this right. I do NOT recommend going to this location.

I have a new insurance plan through my employer and I chose this office as it was near my home and in network with my benefits package. I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I was greeted with a smile upon arrival. The office is clean and has state of the art equipment. You are also able to fill out your new patient paperwork online. During each part of my visit, everything was explained to me which I really appreciate. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and thorough; Silver, Jasmine & Dr. Weiss. I felt like I was more than just a number; they all made me feel like I was very important and that they were happy for me to be there. I will return, and I also highly recommend this office.

I needed a new dentist as mine stopped servicing me due to insurance stuff. I saw this place and it was nice at first but when they took the X-rays the doctors didn’t say two words to me looked at my X-ray and just Immediately said “oh that’s gotta be extracted” walked towards me out his finger in my mouth and looked at my tooth then told the tech to write it up and walked away. I was dumbfounded. I have terrible anxiety with the dentist and the fact he didn’t care about me or my well being at all was very unsettling. Never going back

A year ago, I would have given this office 5 stars. The dentist was amazing but it seems they switched staff perhaps in the billing department. I have called and visited several times to inquire on an invoice that says 90 days past due and they fail to respond. I checked the latest EOB on a cleaning and my insurance denied it because the claim wasn’t submitted properly.

Everyone here was soooo amazing! I got my teeth cleaned, an extraction and X-rays within a hour. I ended up going here based on how quickly I could get into somewhere and I got very lucky! 10/10 recommend this location I’ll be back!
