My daughter has been coming to Albany braces for over year. The service and care have been amazing. Starting with the payment plan process to the very last appointment. We never had any issue with our appointments, or the process. We plan on returning with my son, and know we will receive the best care.

The patience level of this staff for a child that may or may not wear their rubber bands is remarkable.
My daughter states that this should not be part of the review, however as the parent, I think all of you awesome parents who battle the rubber band phase need to know….this is the place for you! After three children having braces and being seen here we are thrilled with their smiles! And appreciate the staff sincerely. The office runs smoothly, the appointments are prompt and atmosphere is comfortable.
And again, they are patient and kind with the kids as they go through their braces journey. (Thank you!)

We love it here! They are great with both kids and always communicate exactly what is happening and what will happen at future visits. They get us in quickly if appliance breaks or we have an issue. Very happy here!

Albany Braces has been great for my son. You really truly find out how good the service is when you have an after hours emergency in the middle of a snow storm and they meet you at the office to fix it. They really have gone out of the way for my sons teeth.

We love Albany Braces! I have had 4 kids in treatment over the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and very flexible with appointments.
