I recently called Advanced & Comfort Dentistry to schedule an appointment and had to wait weeks to hear back. When I finally received a call about an available appointment, the staff member was incredibly impolite and seemed uninterested in helping me. Their dismissive attitude made it clear that they didn't care if they lost a patient. This experience left me very disappointed and frustrated. I will be looking for a different dental office that values its patients and provides better service.

Dr Josh and the team are amazing. I cracked a lumineer I had ten years and he did such an amazing job. I’ve been going here for years and so has my fiance. We just love the whole team. I highly recommend you give them a visit!

I went to the dentist for over five years. I am never going back. Everything Is an upsell- I feel that way when I go to a mechanic not a dentist office. Yesterday we saw Dr. Joshua Day. First of all, he has a terrible bedside manner- my youngest daughter did not feel good about seeing him. He was not compassionate at all. He was actually quite rude. He told us that she DID NOT have an infection (after roughly poking around in her mouth while she was in tears). I went to them because I trusted their staff and he was old and impersonal and offered zero help. Knowing that something had to be wrong (she was 6 weeks out of getting her wisdom teeth removed and still swollen) I took her to a new dentist for a second opinion. The very next day I took her for a second opinion and found out she clearly had an infection. Dr. Day missed that???? So I called the office. When I spoke to Day all I got was a defensive and condescending attitude. We got no apology; he didn’t even .ask how she was doing- nothing but nasty. Then the man in the front office called to defend the dentist rather than apologize to a longtime family of patients. And lastly, they did not disinfect the X-ray machine where my daughter rested her face. Other doctors’ offices have plastic to cover the shared machinery. Never again.

I been trying too call them several times in the past 3 weeks too pay my $90 co pay bill and all I get is a busy signal. Makes me think they don't want too answer their phones. This is aggravating. But over all the dentists I have and I been getting changed up a bit this last year several different times I like them all. They are pleasing me with painless experiences Thankgod and the ladies in the back are wonderful but whomever is answering the phones, for the Love of God please do your job. The front desk is very friendly and willing to work with you with appointments.. There is no wait,you are sitting in a dentist's chair at your appointment time. The doctors and assistants are super nice... Very pleased!
