Having just moved to the area I really didn't know where to go to for a quick check up on my teeth. Adirondack Orthodontics was recommended to me from a friend. They were outstanding!! Everyone went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Alyssa, the treatment coordinator, was great!! She made everything go smooth and had me set up for an appointment very quickly. My braces were placed on in clifton park by the Owner Sergey. He's a good dentist but less my speed. My primary ortho became Dr. Sanacore. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, and he was the best doctor within the practice that did not make me feel overwhelmed or nervous during treatment. He's clear and consice regarding expectations, and he was always patient when addressing any concerns. By far one of my favorite dentist. I moved out of state and had to continue my treatment with another ortho but even that ortho was very impressed with the progress I made since startee with Dr Sanacore after seeing my records. He's an excellent orthodontist and 100% worth the visit.

I have had a great experience with Adirondack Orthodentics. I have Invisalign and the results so far have been amazing. Staff are so friendly and the Orthodontist I have been seeing is so nice and really invested in my treatment. Highly recommend.

I’ve taken all three of my children to Adirondack orthodontics for braces. The experience for each of them has been wonderful and I highly recommend Adirondack orthodontics to anyone needing orthodontic care. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in all matters from billing to appointment scheduling and the doctors are awesome. Everyone was very accommodating throughout the entire process from before braces were put on all the way through after care. Appointments were easy to schedule and reschedule to accommodate our busy lives. All costs were identified upfront, and there was no hidden fees or surprises on my bills. They worked with my insurance and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Most importantly, my children have gorgeous teeth and beautiful smiles for the rest of their lives, and I couldn’t be happier.

While all other staff were kind and accommodating, Dr. Sannacore had no bedside manner whatsoever. He came into the room with a bad attitude and refused to fix my permanent retainer when I went in for
this, insisting it was not loose, despite me telling him I was certain I could feel a significant loss of tension since a chunk of glue had fell off the day before. I told him I also wanted a new nighttime retainer just so they wouldn’t move any more and he condescendingly repeated to me 3 times that I shouldn’t expect a retainer to make my teeth straighter again, yes, I know!! Now a month later, I have a gap between my teeth due to my perm retainer being left loose thanks to him refusing to reglue it, and am going back to my old ortho to fix it who says I may need retreatment now that a gap has formed. They said it wouldn’t have been able to create a gap if it weren’t detached so obviously I was right! Even if he didn’t agree with me, it wouldn’t have hurt him to reglue the retainer to save me $ in retreatment down the road. Also, they won’t stop calling me to convince me to buy retainers from them, which they only allow you to buy 2 sets at a time which I think is rediculous. I will never be returning.
