My kids have been going to this dentist office since babies. Now I'm wanting to switch because they are just too unprofessional for me. They have rescheduled my daughter's appointment over 5 different times just for us to arrive and them tell us the doctor isn't there. Like why would you keep scheduling people on a day when the dentist isn't in the office. Yall called my phone multiple times to confirm an appointment that yall keep missing!!!!! I'm fed up

Terrible, I’ve been there since I was younger only to find out all the work they did was awful and horrible, just found out that everything they did was horrendous my new dentist looked at me and said she wanted to cry from just looking at my teeth. I’ve always taken care of my teeth and tried my best and wondered what I was doing wrong, and surprise it wasn’t me. Their work is horrible to the point I could lose my teeth if I don’t get them fixed. Don’t bring your kids here, if you value their teeth.

Best experience my kids have ever had. The whole staff was friendly. I was kinda shocked to be honest. I’ve never had better customer service. The receptionist was very kind and thoughtful. All businesses in this area need to take some notes. This is how you run a practice.
I just don’t like the separation of kids policy. I want to be able to ensure my kids are safe. In this crazy world you can never be too careful with “strangers.” But my kids didn’t have any complaints so it’s ok for now. If I ever hear my kid scream they better be ready because I will get to MY child.
Overall it was a good experience though. I would still recommend.

I would rate the 0 stars if I could! Front Desk/office manager has a nasty attitude and a condescending tone due to their own lack of communication. If the doctor that is in network with my insurance is no longer there on Thursday afternoons, do not reassign me to the out of network dentist and charge me more when I didn't approve it. This office sends multiple appointment reminders via text and phone calls, and not once did they advise me of the change prior to me arriving to the appointment. I've been bringing my kids to this location for 10 years. It was a huge inconvenience and the nasty attitude for their error sealed the deal for me. I will not be back!

Dentist is amazing, however his front office staff is horrible at this clinic. Very unprofessional and doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Last couple of visits was absolutely ridiculous and yesterday was the end for us.
