I have been going to this dentist office since 2012. They are like family to me. I had a serious pain on my right side. I made an emergency appointment for the next day. I had an x-ray, and they were honest and said it wasn't my tooth. So I rush to the doctor and turn out to be a sinus infection. And Dr. Motos called me later that evening to check on me. She is so loving, and the staff is so welcoming. Again, I love them lime family.
I give it a three only because I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2009. I’ve always had a pleasant experience no issues until this week. Being badgered about my insurance but not proactively reaching out to the insurance company after I communicated the status, for a cleaning at that. I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning to this office. It always gave me a family feel until this week and I am over it.
When technology gets in the way of treating your patiences aka customer like they are value. Company like these risk loosing more than just a visit. As a warning to all current an future patiences make sure you reply or confirm your appointment or risk having your appointment cancel. Yes, i showed up to my appointment on time as schedule to be confronted with "I am sorry your appointment was cancell for not confirming". Interanal policy not only work but also can hinder your services quality and risk business loss.
Things were going great with the lady dentist she took good care of me and was very sweet and gentle. One day the big guy decided to work on me and caused me SO much pain I began to cry, he didn’t even care he stood up and said I should reschedule with the lady and walked out he never tried to console me or anything this upset me so much.. if I would have never went through this I probably would have gave this dentist a 5 star. If you plan on going to this dentist I would request the lady dentist the big guy is probably the one who is causing the infections that I read in the previous reviews due to him trying to rush and not being careful on what he’s doing. I hate I had to end my relationship with them I just knew that I found a good dentist that I can count on I made sure I paid my balance in full and never had any outstanding bills… oh well it’s their loss!
I've been a patient here for 6yrs now. I've never had any problems with the providers, the staff or the service provided. They have always been friendly and professional every time. I have cancelled and rescheduled appointments and they have always been accommodating. Walking in is like seeing family to me. I am comfortable to the point that I have dozed off at times in the midst of a cleaning 😴😅. How many people can put that much trust in their dentist?🤔
