My dentist and tech were more than amazing. They both understood that I have severe anxiety, especially around dental work. They stopped several times to check on how I was doing. They were more than efficient, they were caring. My teeth look amazing after my deep clean and they worked with me even after I missed two appointments because I was in the hospital. Even the office workers went to bat for me with the insurance agency to get everything covered. They were awesome.

this is the worst place ever… I paid 6,000 for my tooh… is an old man doin all patient… when he was putting the fake tooh it fell right in my mouth I was struggling… its been a year and they have it finish the job… they don’t even know what are they doin in there….

I never asked for this appointment for my son, we didn’t show up, yet they are still billing insurance. I requested imaging for both of my sons to transfer to a different dentist closer to home in July and August. Someone from Gaithersburg office still made additional appointments for today without my consent. I had to request imaging again, and cancel the appointments for today. I finally received the images today, however they billed my insurance without giving any care to either children. Now my sons can’t have the care they need.

My experience here has been great! My treatment has been a long one and every time I came in, I was given the best care. Treatment was explained and I was given choices. The customer service is amazing, trust me, am in health care too, so I can tell good service! And this place has exactly that. Not to mention names, the whole staff is awesome! I didn't have insurance but staff was very helpful in coming up with a payment plan that worked for me. Staff always finds a way to make the patient happy and comfortable! I really recommend this place for all your dental needs. I came here without a smile and I left with a bright one!

)Smile Dental in Gaithersburg)The dentist is mean, insensitive. discrimination is at an all time high. He called me a chicken for having a panic attack. He never explained the procedure or follow up care. He mocked me and called me a cry baby during my root canal procedure. Basically, told me that I was overreacting when I was saying I feel pain. Sent me home with meds that didn’t help with pain. The pharmacist suggested I go back, to request stronger meds , because the ones prescribed wasn’t going to help much. I was literally traumatized. I explained to him that my anxiety was too high. He just laughed in my face. I didn’t receive any documentation or advice for follow up care or why the procedure was needed.
