While I really like Dr. Kallas as a dentist, I will not be returning to this clinic. The administrative staff is unprofessional and completely incompetent. Insurance claims have been submitted incorrectly multiple times, causing months and months of headaches to resolve them. In addition, I’ve never been seen on time for my appointments in all of the years I’ve been coming here. The biggest issue with this office is, if you have a billing or clinical question, you’re out of luck. It takes at least 6 phone calls to get someone to call you back. There are many dentists around the area, my suggestion is to go anywhere but here.

I'm very happy with the service I had at Smile Makers clinic. Dr. Nada Hamood was great, professional, and took care of all details. I barely felt any pain or discomfort! Her assistant Jody was great too and friendly. I have to mention the welcoming staff at the reception. I never had a problem scheduling appointments. Thank you all !

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at smile maker tysons. The staff was unprofessional at all, I asked my teeth exam result via email, they just don't wanna give me, I called them at least 2 times for it, they still don't email me, I was so disappointed! The dentist seemed not professional, they did cleaning within 10 mins for me last time. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care.

I’ve been working with Dr.Hammood for my Invisalign treatment and it’s been an absolute joy. She always has such great energy and makes me feel comfortable. She’s an amazing Dentist- extremely talented and knowledgeable. Her and the front staff is the reason why I don’t mind taking a drive from DC to Tyson’s!

Smile Makers in Tysons is a very clean and welcoming dental office. The staff is very professional and personable. Discussed treatment plan and costs and are fairly time conscious! Great Team!
