Chose her for the Boxborough location. She moved to Watertown within months of starting treatment. Travel time went from 10 minutes to over an hour. Making appointments to minimize out of school time has been a challenge. Limited office hours. Communication with parents during the retainer mold process and associated two hour wait was non-existent. They spoke with the teenager only. We had to return for the temporary retainer as the teenager did not relay the information. Despite the customer service issues I am pleased with the results.
