I took my father, who is 90 years old, for his first visit with Dr. Marr. From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic. The staff all took COVID precautions seriously; the two women at the reception / checkout area were incredibly friendly and helpful. They attended us with genuine interest and professionalism; there was no false, "syrupy" attention. Dr. Marr was amazing. He was thorough without any sense of being hurried. He was always courteous and never condescending. While he could have made a "quick sale", he instead, talked with my dad about options and what he would do, or in this case, would not do, if my father were his dad. AND, there was no charge for the consultation. I don't know if this is customary, or due to my dad's particular situation. We were very pleased and grateful. Experiences such as what we had with Dr. Marr and his staff help reaffirm my belief in the goodness of people. Thank you!!
Dr. Marr is consistently professional, respects his patients, is "on top of" the best practices, and has a good staff working with him.
