Beyond annoyed and frustrated. The staff refused to verify my insurance coverage before my procedure. Then my insurance didn’t cover resin for my back teeth which Middleton would have known if they would have verified coverage. Now they are threatening me with collections because they messed up? This place is now claiming that they are private but not a single person contacted me to tell me they were no longer going to accept my insurance and I would have to pay. Not worth the headache and the lack of basic business communication. Also their hours of operation do not work for anyone with a normal job.

Dr. Logan was very hope inspiring for what I presume that is a challenging dental case.
We have high confidence that he’s going to give his all to find the best possible results for my case.

Everybody here from the front desk to the dentists are knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the service I have gotten and the quality of my care. Highly recommend them.

Middle Dentistry has a friendly atmosphere, they were very patient with me. Dr Logan was very nice and helpful with an issue I was having with my braces while I was in for my cleaning today.

Great friendly atmosphere! The entire staff treats you like family.
There were no surprises. Dr. Megan and the staff performed a thorough exam, provided me with the results, answered my questions and offered reasonable treatment plans that meet my needs and budget. Thank you.
