Dr Ben and his staff are always extremely friendly. The office is clean and well organized. I always feel comfortable there. Yeah you have to schedule several months in advance but that just shows how popular he is. I don’t know if I would trust a dentist who doesn’t have consistent patients and always has opening available

Professional, with lots of positive energy - check. Kind, with a clear intention of making a personal connection - check. But one of the best things about my care here is that Dr. Clinkenbeard and his staff listen to my questions and concerns, and explain and teach about their findings and recommendations. I couldn't have had a better experience, which is not something I would usually say when getting a cavity filled!

As a rule, Dr. Clinkenbeard does not do the work of fillings himself. He has one of his dental assistants do them. His assistants had to do my composite bond twice, but it was still unsatisfactory. Finally, after returning to the office, the doctor removed all the work the assistants had done and redid it himself. I asked the dentist if he would simply do MY fillings himself in the future, and my request was denied. You still pay the same price as if the dentist had done the work himself. I changed dentists.

don't plan on getting in. Receptionist is RUDE. You can NEVER get an appointment. you must wait 6 to 8 months for one. I would not recognize Clinkenbeard if i saw him..that is how much time he spends with you. The dental hygienist spend more time talking about personal lives then cleaning your teeth. Definitely not some place you want to spend your money

Dr. Clinkenbeard is amazing but unfortunately the office staff is not. I had to reschedule a filling twice due to starting a new job. Because of this they said they wont reschedule any more appointments and will not allow my children to be seen. Had it been communicated to me that this could happen I would have just taken the hit at my job and not rescheduled. Not only that, but at my last filling appt, I expressed concern about extreme sensitivity and what appears to be a missing filling, and instead of checking that spot and doing something about it, the assistant put a sealant on a different part of my tooth, which has done nothing for the issue. When I asked about charges and billing before leaving my last appointment, no one could give me an answer and the checkout girl just said she would talk to the others and I could settle up later. Would not recommend this office unless it is your last resort.
