If I could have gave zero stars I would have. The receptionist has a nasty attitude and is extremely rude. I personally liked my dentist but the receptionist is horrible and I can’t even book an appointment bc of her attitude problem. Need new receptionist asap. I will not be returning.

My entire family has been served at Watkins Family Dentistry for at least twelve years or more. We have received great care from Dr. Watkins and she has always been available for any concerns or issues we may encounter after work hours. Her front office staff is direct and to the point with no extra frills and conversation to make my visit longer than necessary. They take care of scheduling, insurance claims, etc. and maintain a extremely sanitized environment especially since the onset of Covid19 restrictions. The dental hygienist, Rachel, has exceptional skills and is awesome! No business is perfect but if there is a problem, make sure you communicate that to the owner.

Customer Service and Communication is most important . I called to schedule an appointment and the person on the other end was highly rude as if I was wasting her time — I ended up canceling the appointment all together

I have been going to Wakins family dental for years and within the last year the service has went down every time we go its different staff. I called for a week straight 3-4 time a day leaving messages it took them a week to call back. I have since found a new dentist.
