I have really mixed feelings about this place. When I first called, I asked specifically how much it would be for a new patient to get a cleaning. I was told that they have a deal for a new patient exam, X-rays, and CLEANING is $60. I was amazed and even said "wow, I have been calling around to a lot of places and that's the cheapest deal yet." I made an appointment and a few days before the appointment, a lovely lady calls me to confirm my appointment and to have me finish my online portal. She ends the phone call with "no insurance so your visit will start out at $60 and we will see what the doctor says your treatment plan is" I was a little caught off guard because the previous woman I made my original appointment with didn't say anything about starting at that price. But, once I accepted it is what it is, you're gonna pay probably a couple hundred more and that's fine. I had been quoted 250-450 when I was calling the other places. The staff is very friendly, very thorough, and extremely informative! The doctor explained to me that he wanted me to have a laser cleaning because I am beginning to get some gum disease (first time hearing this in my life) and that someone would be in soon to explain cost to me. The treatment the doctor suggest I have is 700+ dollars after I spend an additional $120 as a sort of "in house insurance" plan. I was so shocked at this expense and already had some other stuff come up in my life, so I said I couldn't afford that right then still expecting I would get some sort of basic cleaning since that's the entire reason I was there. The receptionist took my payment in the room and then had me follow her out to leave... No cleaning. I have never been some where I specifically scheduled for an exam and cleaning, but because I declined the laser cleaning... I don't get any cleaning period. I have since went else where and paid $280 for a deep cleaning. This place is nice and friendly, but not super clear on what exactly you're paying for in the first visit.

Horrible people. I came in as a new patient 20 minutes early. The front staff speaks but never even looks up. The I assume office mngr hands the lady who won't look away from her screen a tablet and starts giving me instructions as she walks away. I'm a veteran with hearing issues so I say I can't hear half of that. She walks back around and says sorry as if I'm the rude one. Then not one but two people in before me. Both of whom came in after. When I had enough I asked the front desk woman if she could inquire why my appointment wasn't honored. Also why were two folks brought in before me that came in after me? Instead of an answer a male came out. He immediately says sir have you finished your new patient info? If not we can't see you yet. I said I did when I came in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. I then asked him why didn't he lead with a greeting or introduction. Instead he chose to imply I was delaying my visit. I asked the staff to cancel my appointment they had missed. Now to find a professional dentist office.

My recent visit to the dental office did not meet the high standards I had anticipated, particularly during an examination aimed at addressing a problematic wisdom tooth. Despite my efforts to provide a thorough account of my concerns and relevant information, the level of service I received was disappointing. My interaction with Doctor, who offered initial treatment suggestions, was overshadowed by the excessive wait time of nearly one hour and thirty minutes. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the need for multiple dental images to be taken in different rooms, disrupting the overall flow of the visit. After the procedure to remove my wisdom tooth, I was left uninformed about any additional dental issues that might require future attention. It was only upon my initiative, a week later, that I contacted the office for further clarification. Doctor informed me that the focus had been solely on the immediate problem, with no consideration for potential ancillary dental concerns, though he mentioned the possibility of scheduling another appointment for a broader evaluation. This lack of comprehensive care, especially considering the premium pricing of their services, highlighted a significant gap in communication and transparency. Efforts to contact the office by phone were met with difficulty, further illustrating deficiencies in their customer service approach. However, it's worth noting that the extraction team performed their duties exceptionally well, demonstrating professionalism and skill that stood in contrast to the broader service experience. Leading to a 5 *. As for the office they would receive a 1* and the doctors response was very unprofessional. This disparity suggests that while certain aspects of the practice are commendable, there are clear opportunities for improvement in areas such as patient communication, service efficiency, and overall value. For those considering this dental office, I recommend approaching with an open mind, as personal experience will be the most telling indicator of the quality and service one can expect.

When I first went to Smile's Dentistry in November. I had a tooth pulled in the back. I had something done for the strength of my gums, where they check to see the numbers. Anyway, the feeling in my front tooth was loosen up from the poking. It came out about a month later. My gums hurt for a few months where I hand the extraction. I went back, and a piece of tooth was still in my gum. It was removed, about a week or 2. A dental plan was done. They gave me a plan to do a root canal, and put a crown on the other tooth next to it. My insurance was going to pay everything. I was not going to be out of pocket, unless I took the plan where they bake the crown. It would cost $599.00 each. I went with zero out of pocket cost. Well Lord and behold when I went this morning. I had an appointment for the dental work. The Dentist came up with something else. He came up with a plan he thought that was for me. He talked about pulling all my upper teeth, and doing a entire plate. Then it was about a bridge. Everything changed, with no notification to me, what so ever. I said all that, to say this. I didn't like it. It was bad business to me. I had taken off work for the root canal, ad and crown. I left there with a bad headache, and no dental work was done. They gave me a plan for over $5000.00, and my out of pocket was going to be over $2000.00. it's all about the money. Not the patients. Do don't go there, if you need any dental work. They're not honest from the beginning 😳😔🥺🥴

I have nothing bad to say about this experience. I made them aware of my strong fear of dentists and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step happening and coming up. Tyson Steere is a really caring doctor along with all of the other staff I met. I highly recommend this location.
