We only dealt with the doctor about 5 minutes in total …that was a different experience for me. But the lady who was our coordinator or who actually dealt with us was amazing! She explained everything through she was patient kind friendly & energetic. I would love to see her become a doctor . Her name was Nicole Carr! She was amazing

I absolutely enjoyed my appointment. Nicole was awesome and took the time to explain everything to me and ensured I did not have any questions. Dr. Nichols was straight to the point but thorough. I was able to make an informed decision based on my visit.

As a dental professional, I appreciate learning all of the latest dental technology that is available. Dr Donna Nichols at My Orthodontist, and her staff introduced me to the Spark Clear Aligner System. I go to an App on my phone and I take my own scans, thus I don’t have to miss treating my own patients! Awesome! The office is pleasant and very efficient from the young lady that checked me in to completing my visit. Dr Donna and Brittany took great care of me and Ms Vanessa assisted me with the App! Dr Donna Nichols and her staff were truly amazing! I 100% recommend going to see Dr Donna Nichols, young or seasoned, for your orthodontic needs! Dr Cheneta Allen

Fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly, professional and informative. They walked me through everything I need to do to have a successful course of treatment. I would definitely recommend this office.
