I came here for a consultation during October of 2021, when I was 17. They never offered braces which I definitely need now and definitely need back then. The lady who gave me the consultation which was pregnant at the time was kind of rude and dismissive at whatever I had to say I made another consultation at a different location a couple weeks ago but it got cancelled because “of the situation that happened at the Greensboro location” honestly I don’t remember saying anything disparaging but apparently it never occurred to them that a 17 yr old could be misinformed. They know how to hold a grudge well so do I. This felt so discriminatory being denied service.
If you're looking for an orthodontist who knows your name or you can develop a good repore with, keep looking. No personality, no personal touch, no small talk. We had a different employee everytime. During one visit some chemical, (used to bond the braces to teeth) got on my son's lip and caused it to blister. I mentioned it to the female orthodontist and she dismissed it as something that was there when he arrived. Fortunately, I had taken pictures in the waiting room that day to have a "before" picture. I showed the orthodontist the picture. Still no apology, just more excuses. We need more dental work, but we'll be going elsewhere for it.
Money hungry, no rapport, different doctors telling you different things and incorrect things. Wont work with you at all when it comes to any hardships in life that may prevent you from making a payment. If you want a doctor you can build a rapport or any type of connection with (being that you’ll be here for months/years) find a different orthodontist.
