We used Bluegrass for both of our daughters' orthodontia. We have been very pleased. The doctors explained all procedures and costs ahead of time and we knew what to expect. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The doctors are very patient and kind, even when you leave your retainer in the gerbil cage! The wait time is short and visits are completed in a timely manner. Our girls had good experiences and I would highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Tipton.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST Orthodontic Practice in Lexington, KY! Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Tipton know just how to interact with young patients. I was most impressed with their caring, compassionate, and all around perfect personality with my children. Not only are the Dr.'s exceptional, but the entire staff go above and beyond your expectations. My daughter was overjoyed when she saw her beautiful perfectly straightened smile for the first time! It was a wonderful experience from the first appointment to the last appointment. So much so, that we've already scheduled a preliminary visit for our younger son...on to Orthodontia Round #2!

I loved the experience at Bluegrass Orthodontics. The staff is really friendly to the kids and always very positive. They are also very time-efficient getting you and getting you out which is what you need when you have a busy schedule like mine. Whenever we needed an appointment for an emergency I could always get one. They are also very helpful about trying to find an appointment that will work for your schedule. My daughter has went there since she first needed ortho work and just a couple days ago she got her braces off, they look wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. If in the future my other kids need ortho work i will defiantly be bringing them to Bluegrass Orthodontics. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for the best Orthodontics office to go to.

I was under Dr. Ferguson's care for 22 months. I rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes before being seen. The pain was really a minimum. All the staff was professional, helpful, and very friendly. When I've sent e-mails, they were returned promptly. When I have tried to recommend someone to go to Bluegrass Orthodontics, I found out they were already patients!

From the very first phone call to make the initial appointment for my son Joshua, Jeannine and the rest of the staff were super. After talking with Jeannine over the phone, I immediately felt welcomed to the office and I hadn't stepped foot in there yet! Today was Joshua's initial visit with Dr. Ferguson. The visit was great. Dr. Ferguson explained in detail Joshua treatment plan and we left today with Joshua in braces. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson to everyone. He is thorough, very easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions honestly! Thank you for making this experience wonderful for us!
