My daughter is very nervous about the appliance she needs to have. The front office, assistants, and Doctor have been amazing and patient with her! It has made her transition into braces a wonderful experience! I am beyond impressed with this group! Thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable and valued when she is in your care!

We had a consultation here and there was no explanation for any of the services. The staff was only interested in charging the insurance for the initial scans and x-rays. The total appointment was 10 minutes long. We left without any new knowledge on braces or services needed. I asked for all scans, x-rays, and medical bill to be sent to me via email. I was assured the information would be sent immediately but I never received it.
They were not sensitive to my son's nervousness or sensory sensitivities. The office that we were seated in had an overwhelming scented candle burning. The doctor spent 2 minutes with my son then left everything for the assistant to explain. The assistant did not explain anything after the doctor left the office. The assistant finished her computer work then immediately escorted us from the office without answering any of our questions or giving the explanation that the doctor promised.
Another thing that made me very uncomfortable is that this office prefers that the minor patients go back for services by themselves, leaving parents and guardians in the waiting room. I refused to let my son go back alone and the staff was very rude after that.
I made an appointment with a different orthodontist and the service was completely different. The 1st appointment was about 45 minutes. The staff explained the entire process and appointments needed for the services. They had model teeth with baces and used them to explain the process for each type of braces and invisiline. My son and I left the appointment with more knowledge and trust in the staff's capabilities. Without having to ask, we were also provided with a printed copy of the scans, x-rays, treatment plan, and payment options.
Considering that orthodontic treatment is so expensive, I would not feel comfortable moving forward with White, Greer, and Maggard orthodontist. The way that patients and families are treated is unprofessional, unpleasant, and inadequate.

Got retainers super quick, front desk lady was awesome, had 2 different assistants who were not very nice and did not make me feel super comfortable, especially the one who did my impressions.
