Be careful. They say if you have issues that you can swing by and they will fit you in. However, you try to call and them and let them know to give them courtesy it’s the opposite they want you to schedule. Also, I have tried calling the Georgetown office and no answer. Not leaving a voice mail. Have to call the Lexington ones. First they were closed on Mondays and now effective Memorial Day they are closed on Mon and Tuesday going forth. Essentially if you have an emergency they are NOT OPEN 4 days of every week. This is not helpful as now you have to drive to Lexington for any issues. Kinda let down by this place esp for the money you spend.
Once you are there they do provide great service but outside of that it’s an issue.
FYI we have been going here for my son’s braces for just a little over a year.
I'll update this if it changes.

No respect for your appointment time. They’d rather socialize than get you in on time.
Three times in a row they got me in 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Do not go to this location if you have something to do the same day as your appointment.

If zero stars were a possibility I would give them that. The techs and orthodontists are great, but not worth it to have to deal with the rude and careless customer service from the administrative staff.

We are always well taken care of at WGM. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great orthodontist.

I have been a patient at White, Greer & Maggard twice - once in 2009 and recently when I returned to replace a fixed permanent bonded retainer that I had for over 14 years. I couldn't go to any other orthodontist back home in South Carolina because no one can match the level of professionalism, service, attention to detail, and patient care that I received from White, Greer & Maggard. Despite my last-minute visit to their clinic, they were able to fix my permanent bonded retainer and even made me another Essix retainer on the spot. I am amazed by their services and are convinced that they are the premier orthodontist in Kentucky. I can confidently say that White, Greer & Maggard is the only orthodontist I trust and will continue to come back for all my orthodontic needs! Yes, even if that means a 2hr flight or 7hr drive.
